Haram Haqiqatjou #38: Mocking Hasib Noor’s Name

Background
This is the most recent of dozens of occasions in which Haqiqatjou has mocked and slandered Hasib Noor, calling him a cuck and distorting his name from Hasib to Hasimp. Daniel sees no problem with this behavior, and we ask Allah SWT for refuge from such delusion.
Haram Action
Haqiqatjou mocks Hasib Noor’s name, calling him Hasimp. He also calls him a cuck on other occasions, and a jahil. Of course, these are public haram behaviors, meaning not only must Haqiqatjou make istighfar and seek Hasib’s forgiveness. He must also publish public retractions of his mockery which has now been seen by hundreds of thousands of people across his social media channels.
Evidence of Haram
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Five sins cannot be expiated: idolatry with Allah, killing a soul without a just case, slandering a believer, fleeing the battlefield, and bearing false witness to consume the wealth of another without right.”

Haram Haqiqatjou #37: Distorting Omar Suleiman’s Face via YouTube Thumbnail
Background
Haqiqatjou published a video titled Is Your Zakat Funding the Most Un-Islamic “Islamic” Graduate School? (Bayan). This Haram Haqiqatjou is not about the vast majority of the content in the video, much of which is exaggerated and slanderous in true Haqiqatjou fashion. Nor is this video about the very real blunders Bayan as an institution engages in. This is merely about Haqiqatjou’s obsession with Omar Suleiman, and his associating him with Bayan despite knowing full well Suleiman had delivered 1 lecture for Bayan in the past 6 years. What’s worse: Daniel plasters Suleiman’s face on the thumbnail, primarily for views, while darkening his face to make him appear more sinister.
Haram Action
Daniel purposefully slanders Suleiman’s name and image by associating him with Bayan, an Islamic graduate school that has engaged in some questionable actions and associations. He utilizes his face on the YouTube video thumbnail for views and darkens his face for a more sinister appearance.
Evidence of Haram
Al-Mustawrid reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever eats so much as a morsel at the expense of a Muslim’s reputation, then Allah will feed him the likes of it in Hell. Whoever clothes himself with a garment at the expense of a Muslim’s reputation, then Allah will clothe him with the likes of it in Hell. Whoever stands in a position of repute and fame at the expense of a man, then Allah will make him stand in a position of repute and fame on the Day of Resurrection.”

Haram Haqiqatjou #36: Qawl Al-Zoor: Falsely Accusing Muslim Public Figures of Charging Exorbitant Honorariums
Background
Haqiqatjou posted slanderous Telegram posts and Twitter tweets accusing figures like Imam Omar Suleiman, Imam Suhaib Webb, and Linda Sarsour of charging exorbitant honorariums, all while mocking them. When confronted about this misinformation and lying, Daniel defended the website he cited. Some may ask: why defend Linda Sarsour given her track record that defends very progressive policies? Our Prophetic tradition is one of character, no matter the circumstance. When someone’s name is lied about, we should make the truth clear.
After being told that a brother had asked one of the accused, Omar Suleiman, about this issue and Suleiman had rejected this website as a scam website, Haqiqatjou deleted his original tweet. He stated, “if those numbers don’t actually represent the fees of the speakers listed e.g., OS, Webb, Sarsour, etc., then I publicly retract any implication I’ve made otherwise.”
But, as usual, Haqiqatjou is an insincere liar. The Telegram posts remain LIVE on his Telegram page, Daniel Haqiqatjou Official, and his tweets referencing the now-deleted tweet remain.
Haram Action
Daniel slandered the names of these individuals with this accusation, which like all fitna, garnered hundreds of thousands of views in the time it was online. Since then, he has deleted the original tweet, while keeping up with the original Telegram posts and Tweets that reference the honorarium slander. If Haqiqatjou was sincere and remorseful for this haram, would he not remove any trace of this slander from his profiles?
Evidence of Haram
Al-Mustawrid reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever eats so much as a morsel at the expense of a Muslim’s reputation, then Allah will feed him the likes of it in Hell. Whoever clothes himself with a garment at the expense of a Muslim’s reputation, then Allah will clothe him with the likes of it in Hell. Haram Haqiqatjou #35: Compares Local Masjids to Barbie Movie Theaters

Background
This is the type of language that Haqiqatjou has normalized to his fans, casual slander and mockery of what he terms “compassionate imams”, alluding specifically to scholars like Dr. Yasir Qadhi, Dr. Omar Suleiman, Mufti Menk, Imam Zaid Shakir, and others. Of course, there is not one instance in which any of these figures has said “down with the patriarchy” or “down with toxic masculinity.” Accusing these scholars of feminist indoctrination is slander and haram.
Haram Action
Daniel Haqiqatjou equates listening to one of the above-mentioned scholars at a local masjid, who would presumably be teaching the Quran and Hadith, with watching the Barbie movie at a local theater. He then doubles down on his haram action, alluding to the fact that these Imams are “lying” about being Islamic, meaning by default, they are in fact engaging in “un-Islamic” work within the masjid. Haqiqatjou accuses these imams of hypocrisy, claiming that they say one thing while secretly sabotaging the Muslim community, a horrendous and slanderous claim.
Evidence of Haram

Haram Haqiqatjou #34: Slandering Shaykh Haitham al-Haddad
Background
In March of 2023, Daniel Haqiqatjou slandered Shaykh Haitham Haddad on several different issues. “At the end of the post, Yasir says he fully agrees with Haitham Haddad’s article. Yeah, of course, you do, Yasir because it’s just a regurgitation of your own dumb trash. Haddad is clearly a murid of qadhi on these issues, so his statement is not worth anything. Haddad is also the guy who was telling Muslims that voting is an obligation! It is wajib, meaning, those who don’t vote are committing a sin. Who can take such a person seriously?”
Haram Action
To make matters worse, in July of 2023, with no public apology to Shaykh Haytham, Haqiqatjou shared an article of Shaykh Haytham’s written in 2016 on The Dangerous Relationship Between Money and Dawah. The article is a great analysis of the topic. The haram here: Haqiqatjou’s slander has yet to be apologized for. This instance of a Haram Haqiqatjou is a great illustration of the loose cannon that is Daniel Reza Jou.
Evidence of Haram
Al-Mustawrid reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever eats so much as a morsel at the expense of a Muslim’s reputation, then Allah will feed him the likes of it in Hell. Haram Haqiqatjou #33: Mocking Muslim Public Figures with Name-Calling
Background
In this post on July 11th, 2023, Haqiqatjou name-calls three Muslim scholars by associating them with an action, or a public mistake they’ve committed. Here, “Sh Research Playboy” refers to Imam Suhaib Webb and his retweeting of a Playboy article featuring a Muslim woman. To make the haram act even worse, this is a mistake that Shaykh Suhaib recanted and apologized for in a YouTube video uploaded to his channel.
Haqiqatjou’s repeated use of the mocking “Imam Water Ritual” is slander against Imam Omar Suleiman, referring to an incident in which Imam Omar was involved in a human rights protest that involved water pouring. To make a haram act even worse, this is a mistake that Shaykh Omar immediately made tawba for, and apologized on a YouTube video uploaded to his channel.
Haqiqatjou mocks Shaykh Yasir Qadhi, referring to him as Sh “Holes in the Narrative”.
Haram Action
Daniel Haqiqatjou engages in mockery and slander, repeatedly referring to Muslim public figures by names that mock and slander their honor and image.
Evidence of Haram
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, a man might speak a word to make those around him laugh, yet by it, he plunges farther than the star of Pleiades.”

Haram Haqiqatjou #31: Lying that Suhaib Webb Did Not Apologize for Playboy Noor Tagouri Article Retweet
Background
Haqiqatjou has critiqued and attacked Suhaib Webb’s involvement in the dawah scene for many years. In this latest installment, Daniel accuses Webb of promoting the lewd magazine, Playboy, by retweeting an article in which a Muslim female appeared. In a public confrontation at Maryam Masjid in Houston, Texas, Webb did not apologize for his retweet of the Playboy article. However, the next day, Webb released a video on his YouTube channel apologizing for sharing the article, recognizing his mistakes, and requesting Muslims’ forgiveness.
Haram Action
In a live stream on his Muslim Skeptic YouTube channel a few days after Webb’s public apology, Haqiqatjou lied and slandered Suhaib Webb, claiming repeatedly that Webb has never taken back or apologized for his mistakes. Has Haqiqatjou ever recanted a public mistake? Has Daniel held himself to account for his slander and lies, or does he lack theadab and ethics required to publicly apologize for what the Qur’an terms, “eating the flesh of his Muslim brother.”
Evidence of Haram
What is worse than slander, is continuing your slander after the individual being slandered publicly addresses your accusation.
The Prophet PBUH said: “Be chaste and your women will be chaste; honor your parents and your children will honor you; and if someone apologizes to his Muslim brother for something he heard about him and he does not accept his apology, he will not come to me at the Cistern.”
The Messenger of Allah PBUH said: “If a man makes an excuse to his brother and he does not accept it, he will bear a burden of sin like that of the maks collector [a tax of levy].”
Haram Haqiqatjou #30: Haqiqatjou Exposed, Slanders Omar Suleiman, Claims He Believes “Allying with LGBT is Sunnah”
Background
In his infamous “Dark Legacy” video on his Muslim Skeptic YouTube channel, Haqiqatjou claims, amongst several dozen slanderous accusations, that Omar Suleiman believes “allying with LGBT groups is Sunnah”. The video above exposes Haqiqatjou’s claim as a slanderous lie.
Haram Action
Daniel Haqiqatjou: “Omar Suleiman claims that allying with these groups politically is Sunnah”
Omar Suleiman: “Of course not! How can we find in the Sunnah any justification for allying with a group that exists on the basis of a cause that’s in DIRECT CONTRADICTION to His message”

Haram Haqiqatjou #29: Haqiqatjou Falsely Claims Haram Haqiqatjou Has Doxxed Him/His Family
Background
On July 11th, 2023, in a live stream debate, Haqiqatjou accused Haram Haqiqatjou, a platform dedicated to exposing his public haram actions, of doxxing, a very serious crime. Let it be known: we swear by Allah we have NEVER engaged in any form of doxxing. The onus is on Daniel to bring proof of this slander, and if he is not able to, then he MUST apologize and recant for this slander.
Haram Action
Haqiqatjou claims that Haram Haqiqatjou has engaged in doxxing, an act in which scammers and hackers search for and publish private or identifying information about (a particular individual) on the internet. There are 1-2 accounts that we’re aware of that have shared Daniel’s private info, may Allah guide them. But we would never. We’re only dedicated to warning those who love Allah ﷻ & his Prophet ﷺ to reject Daniel, his corruption, & fitna.

Haram Haqiqatjou #28: Haqiqatjou Uses Term “Wiggers”, a Racist Term
Background
In this Telegram chat, Daniel Haqiqatjou describes Suhaib Webb and Saajid Lipham as “wi**ers”, a pejorative term that borrows from the vile and racist “ni***rs”. According to Oxford Dictionary, the racist term refers to a white person who tries to emulate or acquire cultural behavior and tastes attributed to African Americans.
Haram Action
This is a clearly disgusting haram. What’s more: Haqiqatjou would later defend his usage of the term on his Telegram channel, Daniel Haqiqatjou Official, after backlash from even his most ardent followers. How can this racism be explained away? How can it be justified? Just as Haqiqatjou bullies Muslim public figures into apology, so must he apologize, recant, and repent for sins like these.
Evidence of Haram
Allah SWT says in Surah Hujurat: “O you who believe, let not people ridicule each other, perhaps they may be better than them nor let women ridicule other women perhaps they may be better than them. And Don’t insult one another and don’t call each other by offensive nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after one’s faith”
On the Day of Judgment, for those who didn’t repent to Allah and also seek forgiveness from those they hurt, Allah SWT will reward the victims of slander and name calling by taking the good deeds of the offenders and putting them on the scales of the victims. May Allah SWT protect us all.
Haram Haqiqatjou #27: Seeking the Destruction of Islamic Institutes

Background
One of Haqiqatjou’s claims in regard to his slander and attacks on a number of Muslim organizations and institutes like Yaqeen Institute, Qalam Institute, Zaytuna, etc, is that he is a good-willed advisor, someone who seeks to give naseeha and guide the Muslim masses to that which is according to the Quran and Sunnah. This retweet disproves that narrative completely, exposing Daniel Haqiqatjou as someone whose intentions are in fact to destroy, rather than to guide and advise.
Haram Action
This now-banned Twitter account thanked Haqiqatjou for “putting the last nail in their coffin by obliterating whatever was left of Yaqeen Institute.” Daniel then retweeted this tweet, endorsing this take, and confirming his intentions from the very beginning of his slander were in fact destructive, completely contrary to the Prophetic tradition and in fact behavior that was condemned by the Prophet PBUH himself.
Evidence of Haram
1.) Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sincerity means being truthful and honest, with no element of deceit or betrayal. The Muslim, because of his great loyalty and love towards his brother, is sincere towards him and advises him to do all that will benefit him and that he thinks is pure, with no element of insincerity or deceit. Hence the Arabs say dhahab naasih [from the same root as naseehah], meaning pure gold that is free of any element of cheating. And they say ‘asal naasih (pure honey), meaning honey that is free of beeswax or any element of cheating. (Fataawa Ibn Baaz (5/90)).
2.) He should not intend when giving advice to shame his brother or put him down. Al-Haafiz Ibn Rajab (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote an essay on this topic entitled al-Farq bayna an-Naseehah wa’t-Ta‘yeer (The difference between sincere advice and shaming).
3.) The advice should be given in a spirit of brotherhood and friendship, with no element of rebuke or harshness. Allah, may He be exalted, says: “Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best” [an-Nahl 16:125].
